By downloading, accessing, or using Statgrounds (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Statgrounds is a sports data aggregation and display application. The App provides real-time scores, statistics, standings, brackets, and odds from various sports leagues for informational purposes only. Statgrounds does not create or originate sports data — it aggregates publicly available data from third-party providers.

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Team and league names, logos, and trademarks displayed in this app are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes. Statgrounds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any sports league, team, or governing body.

Sports odds and betting information displayed in Statgrounds are for informational purposes only. Statgrounds does not facilitate, encourage, or enable gambling. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept wagers. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding sports betting in their jurisdiction.

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the App's operation, using automated tools to scrape data, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

Statgrounds is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed in the App. In no event shall Mili and Crew LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
